1. Who We Are

Teleport Technologies Private Limited (“Teleport”) is a technology platform that enables real estate agencies to conduct live 360° virtual property tours. Teleport is a communications tool — it is not a real estate agent, broker, or RERA intermediary under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and checking “I agree to the Terms of Service” at signup, you enter into a binding agreement with Teleport under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section10A). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Pilot Program

During the pilot phase, Teleport is provided free of charge to selected agencies. Teleport reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the pilot programme at any time with 7 days' notice. Pilot access does not create an entitlement to continued free access after the pilot period ends.

4. Subscription Billing (Paid Tiers)

When paid tiers are activated (Phase 2):

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay (UPI AutoPay or card)
• All prices are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise
• Annual subscriptions: pay for 10 months, get 12 months access (2 months free)
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period. No mid-period refunds except where required by law.
• Refunds: If a technical failure prevents service delivery for >48 consecutive hours, a pro-rated credit will be applied to the next billing cycle
• Failed payment grace period: 14 days before account downgrade. In-app notice provided from Day 3.

5. RERA Compliance — Agency Responsibility

Agencies using Teleport for property marketing remain solely and fully responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid RERA registration for all projects marketed via the platform
• Accuracy of RERA registration numbers entered into Teleport
• Compliance with all applicable RERA state rules (MahaRERA, RERA Haryana, RERA Karnataka, etc.)

Important: Teleport displays RERA numbers as provided by agents. Teleport does not verify, validate, or certify the accuracy of RERA registrations. Buyers should independently verify RERA status at the relevant state RERA authority.

6. Recordings & Content

Tour recordings are stored by Teleport and accessible only to the agent who conducted the tour and buyers they invite. Agents retain ownership of property content. By using the platform, agents grant Teleport a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and deliver recordings to invited buyers for the duration of the retention period applicable to their subscription tier.

Agents must obtain necessary consents from all tour participants before recording sessions under applicable Indian law.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Teleport to: misrepresent property features; market unregistered projects in violation of RERA; infringe third-party intellectual property rights; conduct fraudulent or deceptive transactions; or violate any applicable Indian law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Teleport is not liable for: losses arising from platform unavailability; buyer decisions or property transaction outcomes; inaccurate RERA information entered by agents; or third-party service failures (Liveblocks, Daily.co, etc.). Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

As required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
