2. Data We Collect and Purpose (Section5 DPDP Act)

We collect only the data necessary for the specific purpose stated:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention (Section8(7) DPDP Act)

Agent account data	Duration of account + 12 months after deletion request

Billing records	7 years (statutory requirement under Indian tax law)

4. Cross-Border Data Transfers (Section16 DPDP Act)

Teleport uses the following third-party services which may process your data outside India:

LiveblocksUSA — real-time session synchronisation. Standard contractual clauses apply.
Daily.coUSA — voice and video conferencing during tours.
SupabaseUSA (AWS ap-south-1 Mumbai region) — database. Data is stored in India where technically possible.
Cloudflare R2India (Mumbai) — recording storage. Data stays in India.
RailwayUSA — API hosting. Processes requests but does not store personal data at rest.

We have entered or will enter into data processing agreements with all sub-processors before the public launch.

5. Your Rights (Section12–Section14 DPDP Act)

Access: Request a copy of your personal data by emailing privacy@useteleport.app
Correction: Update incorrect data via your account settings or by contacting us
Erasure: Request deletion of your account and associated data — processed within 30 days
Withdraw consent: Email privacy@useteleport.app with subject “Withdraw Consent — [your email]”. Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of prior processing. Your account will be deactivated within 7 business days.

6. Children's Data (Section9 DPDP Act)

Teleport does not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor's data has been collected, contact privacy@useteleport.app for immediate deletion.
